Projects World Bank Argentina Solar Home System and Tariff Impact
Evaluation Large randomized field experiment
evaluating a $250 million World Bank project in rural electrification via
off-grid green energy solutions (solar home systems). This multi-year experiment
is designed to identify impacts as well as the mechanisms driving effects, improve
the efficiency of pricing/subsidy structures, and assess different approaches
to enhancing the benefits of access to electricity and green energy solutions
in poor rural areas of the developing world. Principal
Investigator Experiments in Workplace Diversity: Closing Gender and Race
Gaps Together with a small group of
experimental economists, we are working with major firms in the financial and
technology sectors, using field experiments to design and test new ways to
raise the presence of underrepresented populations at all levels within the companies. Project
